    Delivery Policy 

    Commitment to the Environment: 

    At Bimar Accesorios. S.L we are committed to sustainability. We reuse the packaging we receive from our suppliers whenever possible, in order to reduce waste. This means that bubble wrap, foam packaging or outer boxes may not be new, but we guarantee that they will always provide the necessary protection for your items.

     

    Preparation and Delivery Times: 

    Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of receipt, with exceptions such as out-of-stock items or those requiring special manufacturing, such as fibre finishes. In these cases, we will inform you of estimated delivery times. We recommend that you do not arrange assembly appointments until you receive and verify that the items are correct and undamaged.

     

    Notification of Problems: 

    Any shortages, loss or errors must be reported within 14 days of the date of dispatch, except those produced in transport. In the event of breakage or damage to the product, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the order. In addition, you must notify us before opening the order if the packaging has been damaged, providing graphic evidence. We cannot accept claims that are not notified within the above periods.

     

    Delivery and Courier: 

    We make every effort to meet the delivery times stated on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that couriers will always deliver on time and successfully. In the event that an item is lost during delivery, Bimar Accesorios. S.L will not be able to refund or send a replacement until the courier officially confirms the loss or the item is returned to us. If you require the item urgently, we recommend you place a new order and we will refund the original item once the loss has been confirmed.

     

    International Orders: 

    Please ensure that the items comply with your country's regulations before placing an order and note that you will be responsible for any applicable customs charges. No refunds will be given if items are confiscated by customs or if the customer is not responsible for customs fees. 

     

    Returns Policy 

    Conditions for Returns: 

    As a general rule, product returns with postage due are not accepted. 

    Items must be unused, in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order, or with proof of postage stating that the goods have been returned within this period. Bimar Accesorios. S.L reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse returns outside this period. 

    In the event of breakage or damage to the product, this must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the order. 

    Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow adequate time for this to take place, especially warranty claims which need to be raised with the manufacturer for approval. We will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

     

    Non-Returnable Items: 

    We do not accept returns of products manufactured to customer demand, such as fibre finishes. Nor can those that have been tampered with or painted be returned.

     

    Return Process: 

    Before returning items, please contact us to ensure that the correct details are included and sent to the correct address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable should the customer wish to return the product. We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as we are unable to refund or exchange items that we do not receive.

     

    Refunds: 

    Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you by email. The refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 14 days, although some banks and card companies may take up to two additional weeks to process the credit.

     

    Exchanges: 

    We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us. In case of breakage or damage to the product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
